These Terms govern your use of Unfyltered (the "Service"), operated by Netsphere Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Unfyltered
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Unfyltered is a dating app for adults. If we determine you are under 18, we will permanently terminate your account and report to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
You confirm that the information you provide at sign-up (email, date of birth, gender, photos) is accurate and belongs to you. Creating a profile for someone else, using someone else's photos, or misrepresenting your identity is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for permanent account termination.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@unfyltered.com if you suspect your account has been compromised. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any account-security features we offer.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users — offline or on-platform. This includes unsolicited sexual content, hate speech, and targeted abuse.
- Use the Service to distribute illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates the laws of India.
- Impersonate any person, use photos you don't have the right to use, or create a profile to advertise commercial services (including escort services, OnlyFans promotion, crypto / MLM solicitation, or any paid engagement).
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; or interfere with other users' ability to use it.
- Circumvent any moderation, reporting, or safety feature — including creating new accounts after a ban.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate, permanent termination of your account without refund of any unused credits, and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
4. Credits and paid features
Unfyltered is free to use for most actions — creating a profile, browsing, matching, and messaging people you've matched with. Creditsare a paid feature used to message people you haven't matched with yet.
- Credits are purchased via UPI. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and is final.
- Credits are non-refundable once delivered to your account, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and expire if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

5. Content you post
You retain ownership of the photos, bio text, messages, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it solely to operate the Service (for example: showing your photos to potential matches, delivering your messages).
You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm you have the right to all photos you upload. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Safety and reporting
We take safety seriously but cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. If you feel unsafe, use the in-app block and report features, and contact local law enforcement for emergencies. We cooperate with valid legal requests and may disclose user data when required by law or to prevent imminent harm.
Meeting people you connect with on the Service is at your own risk. We recommend first meetings in public places, telling a friend where you'll be, and trusting your instincts.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that you will find matches, connections, or relationships through the Service. We make no promises about the accuracy or completeness of profiles posted by other users.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) ₹1,000.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress — arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create safety risks for other users, or if required by law. On termination, your profile and content become inaccessible; we retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect, unless the change is legally mandated or addresses a safety concern. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of [TODO: fill in city, e.g. New Delhi], subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
